What is a snood / neck gaiter?
A snood (also called a neck gaiter) is a seamless tube of fabric worn around the neck and face to protect against cold, wind, sun and snow. Ours are designed for skiing, snowboarding and winter adventures.
Is it one size fits all?
Yes. Our snoods are designed to comfortably fit adults thanks to their stretch fabric. They sit snugly without feeling tight.
Will it fit under a ski helmet?
Absolutely. Our snoods are lightweight and slim enough to wear comfortably under helmets.
Can I wear it multiple ways?
Yes! Wear it as a neck warmer, face covering, headband, balaclava-style or pulled up over your nose on colder days.

What material are your snoods made from?
Our snoods are made from soft, breathable, moisture-wicking polyester fabric designed to keep you warm without overheating.
Are they warm enough for skiing?
Yes — they’re ideal for cold mountain days. They block wind chill while remaining breathable for active wear.
Are they itchy or restrictive?
Not at all. The fabric is smooth, lightweight and comfortable against the skin.

🧼 CARE & QUALITY
How do I wash my snood?
Machine wash at 30°C. Do not tumble dry. Hang or lay flat to dry.
Will the print fade or crack?
No. Our designs are applied using high-quality sublimation printing, meaning the print won’t crack or peel. Slight variations can occur as each item is printed individually.
Why might my snood look slightly different from the photos?
Each snood is printed to order, so minor variations in placement can happen — this makes every piece unique.

Where do you ship from?
We ship from the UK.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days. Delivery times vary depending on location — full details are shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help.

🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on worn snoods. If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll sort it.
What if my snood arrives damaged?
Email us with photos within 48 hours and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
